Ersetzt den LibreSpeed-spezifischen Deploymentpfad durch einen kontrollierten Quellbundle-Build für StreamScope. Enthält Secret-Validierung, MTR-Capability-Prüfung, lokale Portbindung, Build-Preflight, Healthcheck und automatischen Rollback. 20 Tests erfolgreich.
