The 24/7 minute-cron n8n workflow started failing repeatedly on Star Trek SNW S04E09 ("Once La'An a Time") because the apostrophe blocklist rejected a legitimate filename. Fixed with proper shlex.quote() escaping. 7/7 media_verify tests pass, 86/89 total (same 3 pre-existing unrelated fails).
